Education is the process of facilitating learning or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits. It is about teaching, learning skills, and knowledge. Education also means helping people to learn how to do things. In such a competitive world, everyone should have a good education. The importance of higher education began to increase in obtaining good jobs and positions. It is a very good tool that benefits throughout the life.
Students will be learning outside, armed with different devices. What is the value of university education? This is no longer a golden ticket for a successful career, but students continue to follow the beaten path from high school to university and increasingly pay for university education each year. But the skills will not be assessed on paper but based on their performance in the field.
Today schools are more focused on standardisation and not customisation, everything is based on pre-determined parameters and not based on individual requirement of a student. We have to train our children for AI-Driven world and should communicate effectively to integrate technology with traditional teaching methods.
Types Of Education
The most common types of educations are:
1. Traditional Education
Traditional education is also called ordinary education or conventional education. The main motive of traditional education is the transfer of values, skills and social practices to the next generation, which is necessary for their survival.
2. Industrial Age Education
The purpose of Industrial Age education is to enable people to take individual decision between the choices they create for themselves and society. And to then have the courage to stand by their decisions.
3. Information Age Education
Information Age Education (IAE) is a non-profit organization. The aim of IAE is helping to improve the education of people of all ages throughout the world. Many countries are now radically changing the way of education they train their citizens. The world is changing with very quick, which means that a lot of knowledge becomes obsolete and inaccurate more quickly. Education is also becoming a commodity no longer reserved for children. Adults need it too. Some governmental bodies, like the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra in Finland, have even proposed compulsory life-long education.
